Yoga is a proven way to increase mobility, enhance strength, and find deep rest through movement. At Ardent Performance, our strength staff and yoga instructor work together closely to provide members with a well-rounded approach to exercise by incorporating movement patterns important for weight-training into yoga. Classes blend traditional yoga poses and philosophy with modern anatomy and science. We aim to develop mind-body awareness through movement, breath, and meditation. Our instructor is dedicated to creating a space for mindful movement, discovering a state of calm, and having fun!

Heather O'Neill

200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor

Heather’s yoga journey began in 2017 in search of a way to cope with physical and mental health challenges related to an untreated autoimmune disorder. Even once the symptoms subsided, she stuck with yoga for the unexpected and profound growth it brought to her life. Now, she is thrilled to share this practice with others.
 
Her yoga approach is centered around awareness, acceptance, and finding balance (both on and off the mat). In every class, she aims to help students cultivate mind-body awareness through movement, breath, and meditation. Heather is all about creating a space for mindful movement, becoming familiar with a state of calm, and having fun! 
 
As an active-duty military spouse from Louisiana, she recently made the move to Florida and is delighted to share the practice of yoga with her new community.
