Do I have to be fit to join?

No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?

Our small group training workouts will include both strength and cardio aspects. You can expect to complete standard strength exercises like bench pressing, deadlifting, and squatting, alongside exercises that involve dumbbells, bands, medicine balls and more. The exercises in each workout will be explained to you by your coach each time you come to Ardent Performance to workout. We will never give you an exercise to complete without a tutorial and instructional cues. Workouts can be anywhere between 45 to 60 minutes.

How do I know what program is right for me?

We ask all prospective members to schedule a No Sweat Intro to discuss exactly this! A coach will walk you through their recommended option based on your specific goals and needs. Then, you can make an educated decision on what plan will be best for you.

What can I expect my first visit to be like?

We will give you a tour of our facility and get to know all about YOU! We’ll talk through what you’ve tried in the past for fitness and nutrition, and what your current goals are and why they are so important to you. This is the perfect time to ask any questions you have.

How often do you recommend coming to workout at the gym?

If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 3 sessions a week. However, your recommended training plan will be discussed with you by an expert coach during your No Sweat Intro.

Who can train at Ardent Performance?

We have training options for everyone! We have specific education and experience working with youth athletes, senior adults, military personnel, prenatal/postpartum mothers and everyone in between. If you have any specific questions regarding your health or fitness level please contact us, we're here to help!
