Small Group Training

Train with me 6-on-1 following a proven strength and conditioning program to help you reach your goals.

If you're ready to participate in a gym community with a coach who is ready to put your goals and needs first, you've come to the right place. We are NOT a group fitness facility that follows the fitness fads and trends that look "cool". At Ardent Performance, we put your needs first and follow training protocols that are proven to help you find success in both today, tomorrow, and beyond. We believe in building lifelong athletes and we do this by creating challenging but fun and effective workout plans.

How It Works

We train following a principle known as "progressive overload" that is proven to increase physical performance and capability, as well as impact body composition changes like muscle gain and weight loss. What is progressive overload? It is a strength training principle in which we gradually increase the intensity of our workouts to see improvements in physical performance and muscle development. To do this, we complete our training in four-week cycles. Participants follow the same set of workouts each week with adjustments to the intensity. We love to see the improved times, increased weight, or rep count. We love to celebrate these monthly or even weekly wins!

 

Whether you're new to the gym or a veteran with loads of experience, these workouts will challenge your fitness abilities and get you wanting more. All workouts can be modified to fit individual injuries or physical limitations. Connect with us to learn more!
